1. PLANNING
The Discovery Call helps us to get to know your family and answer all of your questions. We discuss everything from what to wear and location planning to how you would like your images displayed. Your session is carefully planned and fully designed.
2. CREATING
We strive to make the session relaxed and enjoyable while capturing a variety of posed and candid portraits. With an eye for perfect moments and unique perspectives, we create portraits that are timeless, genuine, and emotional.
3. DESIGNING
Your portraits will be ready within 2 weeks after your session, and this is when you will look at all of your beautiful images for the first time. We’re here to expertly guide you in creating the perfect collection and artwork for your home.

We invest a considerable amount of time post-processing the best images from your session, tastefully editing each one into a unique work of art, and dedicating hundreds of hours behind the scenes to ensure an exceptional final product and overall experience.

Of course! When you book your portrait session, you will receive a list of suggestions and a link to our Style Guide.
We remove the stress of decision-making and keep things simple. Also, if you have any questions, we are always here to help you.

Ultimately, we’re there for you until we have a set of great images, which generally takes 30-60 minutes. It depends mostly upon how long it takes everybody to warm up in front of the camera. Younger children usually need more time, so if your youngest child is 4 or under it’s likely that we’ll be closer to 60 minutes than 30 minutes. For a group of grown-ups, 30 minutes will probably be enough.

Your images will be ready for viewing within 2 weeks after your session. After choosing your favourite photos, your artwork will be ready within 6 weeks.

Yes, absolutely!
Our locations have been chosen as places where we can make a private space for your family with flattering light, beautiful backdrops and very importantly, protection from wind or bright sun. We’re able to book these locations because we know them very well and know what times and days work best for each.
However, we’ve also photographed families at lots of different places. We want your photos to be special, so if there’s a location that is special to you we’d love to hear about it.

The creative fee covers your session anywhere within a 20km radius from Perth city, which will cover most of the recommended locations.
Session outside of this radius may incur travel fees.

Yes! After your session, we'll arrange a Zoom meeting to reveal your stunning family portraits (usually 20-30 images).
In this ordering session, we'll assist you in selecting the perfect images and provide professional advice on displaying them beautifully in your home.
You'll have the opportunity to explore various product options, including frame colours and sizes that perfectly match your home decor.

Absolutely. We really specialise in creating beautifully finished, printed products for your home, and although our USB boxes aren’t quite as nice to look at as a framed wall print, they are quite popular as an extra way of enjoying your favourite images or even just keeping a backup.
We also have 3 Digital Collections to choose from.

The $250 creative fee covers our time in helping you prepare for the session and blocks out time in our calendar to take your portraits, edit, design and produce your wall art. This can be paid at booking, and at that stage, you’ll also be able to see our full range of products and get a really good sense of which products suit your home and your budget.
We have a range of products available starting at $150 for individual fine art matted print and digital collections starting at $450. We accept all major credit cards including American Express, with no transaction fees.
